Clubland Playscheme is proud to be part of Surrey's Club4 Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, offering fully funded holiday club places for eligible children during the summer holidays.
Based in Oxshott, our Summer Holiday Club gives children the opportunity to enjoy exciting activities, make new friends and receive a nutritious hot lunch every day—all completely free for families whose children receive benefits-related free school meals.
What is the HAF Programme?
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, known in Surrey as Club4, is funded by the Department for Education to help children stay active, well-fed and socially connected during the school holidays.
Children in Reception through to Year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals can attend participating holiday clubs free of charge.
We're delighted to be one of Surrey's trusted HAF providers, welcoming children for an unforgettable summer packed with fun, creativity and adventure.
A Summer of Stories at Clubland
This year's Summer Holiday Club theme is Bringing Stories to Life, with activities inspired by some of children's favourite books and characters.
Whether your child loves getting creative, exploring outdoors or making new friends, there's something for everyone.
Epic Explorers (Preschool–7 years)
Our younger adventurers will enjoy imaginative activities inspired by well-loved stories, including:
- Story-themed arts and crafts
- Creative baking and cookery
- Outdoor games and sports
- Messy play
- Small world and imaginative play
- Free play indoors and outdoors
- Nature activities
- Water play (weather permitting)
Mighty Adventurers (8–11 years)
Older children can enjoy a programme designed especially for them, including:
- Team challenges
- Sports tournaments
- Creative projects
- Outdoor adventures
- Games and competitions
- Cookery activities
- Free choice sessions
- Exciting themed activities throughout the summer
Healthy Meals Included
Every HAF session includes a nutritious two-course hot or cold lunch, with all dietary requirements catered for.
Children also have regular snack and water breaks throughout the day to keep them energised for all the fun.

Who Can Book?
HAF places are available for children who:
- Are currently in Reception to Year 11 (we cater up to Year 6)
- Receive benefits-related free school meals
- Live in Surrey
