Holiday Club Deputy Manager – Oxshott

Support the fun. Grow your skills. Make the holidays unforgettable.

Do you love working with children and want to step up into leadership? We’re looking for a Holiday Club Deputy Manager to help run our busy holiday programme for 4–11 year olds. You’ll be right in the action – planning activities, supporting your team, and making sure every child has a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

At Clubland, we’re a small, family-run business where staff are the heartbeat of what we do. Our Deputy Managers are key to making holiday clubs run smoothly – bringing creativity, energy, and care every single day.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead activities – from sports and cookery to crafts and outdoor adventures.
  • Support your team – mentor and motivate Playworkers, ensuring every child feels welcome and included.
  • Keep things safe – help manage safeguarding, risk assessments, and first aid.
  • Stay organised – assist with scheduling, stock management, and day-to-day operations.
  • Connect with parents – build friendly, positive relationships to keep them informed and reassured.

This is the perfect role if you’re ready to take the next step in childcare and leadership, with full training and support provided.
