Holiday Club Manager – Oxshott

Bring the fun. Lead the team. Make the holidays unforgettable.

Do you love working with children and inspiring others? We’re looking for a Holiday Club Manager to lead our busy holiday programme for 4–11 year olds. This is a hands-on role where no two days are ever the same – one moment you’ll be leading a sports challenge or creative activity, the next you’ll be coaching your team, chatting with parents, or planning the next big adventure.

At Clubland, we’re a small, family-run business passionate about creating safe, fun, and enriching holiday experiences. Our managers are at the heart of this – bringing energy, creativity, and leadership every day.

The Role

As Holiday Club Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead the fun – oversee exciting child-led play, sports, crafts, cookery, and outdoor activities.
  • Inspire your team – support and motivate Playworkers and your Deputy Manager to give children the best possible experience.
  • Keep it safe & smooth – manage health and safety, safeguarding, risk assessments, and daily club operations.
  • Build relationships – work closely with parents and school staff to support each child’s wellbeing.
  • Stay organised – handle staff rotas, stock checks, and simple admin (around 1 hr per week as overtime).
  • Shape the future – help promote Clubland in the community and contribute to new ideas and improvements.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Creative, organised, and full of energy
  • Experienced in working with children (ideally 4–11s) and leading teams
  • Confident in planning and delivering a mix of activities
  • A great communicator who can build trust with staff, children, and parents
  • Motivated to keep children safe, happy, and inspired

Desirable extras: childcare/playwork qualifications (Level 2/3), Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding training, or experience with EYFS/Ofsted standards – but don’t worry if you don’t have them yet, we provide full training!
